We currently offer shipping via Postnord.

Orders are usually packed the same day.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Products that have been customized in any way may, in some cases, not be returnable.

Abandoned packages

If you for whatever reason don't pickup your package from the service point in time and it is returned you have the option to pay shipping to have it shipped again or have the order amount excluding the shipping cost refunded.
